Privacy Policy
Last updated October 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Aivilo Cloud Technologies Inc. (“Aivilo”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit this website or contact us through it. It does not cover information we process on behalf of clients under a services agreement, which is governed by that agreement.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you email us, apply for a role, or submit a form on this site, we receive the information you choose to send. That may include your name, work email address, company, job title, the subject of your inquiry, your message, and, for job applications, your resume and any other materials you attach.
Information collected automatically
Like any website, our servers and the network and security providers in front of them receive technical information each time a page is requested: your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page, and the date and time. We use this to deliver the site, keep it secure, and diagnose problems.
Cookies and similar technologies
This site does not use advertising cookies, analytics, or third-party tracking, and it does not build a profile of you. Our network and security providers may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site from abuse. The site also uses your browser’s local storage only for an internal review tool used by our team; it is not activated for ordinary visitors.
Fonts
To display text in our typefaces, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address and browser information. Google’s handling of that information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and to discuss or provide our services.
- To evaluate job applications and communicate with candidates.
- To operate, maintain, and secure this website, including preventing fraud and abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations and to establish or defend legal claims.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How we share information
We share personal information only as needed for the purposes above:
- Service providers who host the site, deliver email, and provide network and security services, under obligations to protect the information and use it only to provide their services to us.
- Legal and safety disclosures, where required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Aivilo, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers, if Aivilo is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case the information would remain subject to this policy.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a business relationship, and job application materials for as long as needed to complete the hiring process and meet legal record-keeping requirements. Server and security logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we hold, including encrypted connections to this site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to address any issue promptly. To report a security vulnerability, email security@aivilo.ai.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it for a particular purpose. Depending on where you live, including in certain U.S. states and in the European Economic Area and United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under applicable law, such as the right to data portability, to restrict or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
To make a request, email compliance@aivilo.ai. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.
International visitors
Aivilo is based in the United States, and information you send us is processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
